Follow every TikTok Shop payout, line by line.
Six new reports bring your TikTok Shop finances into StoreAutomator. See what is still pending, what settled each day, which orders and SKUs make up a payout, and when the money reached your bank.
Money that is still on its way
After an order is placed, TikTok Shop holds the money until the order settles. This report lists everything that has not settled yet, with TikTok's estimate of what you will receive.
- One row per unsettled order or adjustment.
- Estimated revenue, fees and settlement amount for each one.
- The order date, so you can spot orders that have been waiting too long.
TIKTOK_UNSETTLED_TRANSACTIONS These amounts are estimates. The final amount can change, for example after a refund or a shipping fee adjustment.

Your daily settlement summary
TikTok Shop creates one statement per day. It adds up what you earned, subtracts what TikTok deducted, and shows the amount it will pay you.
- Revenue, fees, shipping cost, adjustments and the final settlement amount.
- Payment status: PROCESSING until paid, then PAID.
- The payment ID, which links each statement to a payout in the Payments report.

The orders behind each statement
Open up a statement to see exactly which orders, refunds and adjustments it contains. The report covers every statement in the date range you choose.
- One row per order or adjustment, with revenue, fees, shipping and settlement.
- The statement's own totals, payment ID and status repeated on each row, ready for a pivot table.
- Refunds and TikTok adjustments, such as shipping fee corrections or reimbursements.
TIKTOK_TRANSACTIONS_BY_STATEMENT One order can appear on more than one statement. A sale and a later refund settle on different days.

Order financials, down to the SKU
The most detailed report. For each order settled in your date range, it shows what the customer paid and every amount TikTok added or deducted, line by line for each SKU.
- Product name, SKU name and quantity.
- Customer payment, platform and seller discounts, refunds.
- Platform commission, affiliate commission, transaction fees, shipping and taxes.
TIKTOK_TRANSACTIONS_BY_ORDER This report looks up each order one by one, so it takes longer than the others. Keep the date range to a few days or a week.

Payouts to your bank account
Each payment is a transfer from TikTok Shop to your bank account. One payment usually covers several daily statements. Use this report to match TikTok payouts with your bank deposits.
- Payment ID, created and paid dates, status and amount.
- The settlement total, the reserve TikTok held back and the exchange rate, if one applied.
- The bank account it was sent to, masked.
TIKTOK_PAYMENTS If a payout is lower than its statements add up to, check the reserve amount and the exchange rate columns.

Movements on your TikTok Shop balance
If your earnings collect in a TikTok Shop balance before they reach your bank, this report lists every movement on that balance.
- Withdrawals, settlements, transfers and reversals.
- Amount, currency, status and date for each one.
TIKTOK_WITHDRAWALS If TikTok pays you automatically and you never withdraw by hand, use the Payments report instead.
