Order forwarding and tracking
Orders captured in StoreAutomator are forwarded to NetSuite automatically, and tracking information flows back the same way. No one rekeys an order number.
Two-way inventory sync
The integration sends and receives quantities at the API level, so stock stays aligned in both systems. You pick the NetSuite location and whether to use on-hand or available quantity.
Invoicing in Oracle Netsuite
Marketplace activity creates invoices in NetSuite, so finance and operations work from one record instead of reconciling two sets of numbers at the end of the month.
Does StoreAutomator have a native NetSuite integration?
Yes. StoreAutomator connects to Oracle NetSuite through a native, API-level integration, not a third-party connector or middleware layer you have to license and maintain separately.
What data moves between StoreAutomator and NetSuite?
Orders, tracking information, inventory quantities, and invoices. Communication runs in both directions rather than as a one-way export.
How is the NetSuite integration set up?
NetSuite is added as a channel under Settings > Channels. You enter your NetSuite credentials — Account ID, Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Token ID and Token Secret — then choose your inventory location and quantity type. Our onboarding team helps configure it around how your NetSuite account is set up.
Can I control which inventory location and quantity type sync?
Yes. You choose the NetSuite inventory location to sync from and whether StoreAutomator uses on-hand quantity or available quantity. The integration sends and receives quantities, so stock stays aligned in both systems.
Does it support multiple inventory locations?
You select the inventory location that StoreAutomator syncs with in Channel Settings. If you run several locations or a more complex stock setup, our onboarding and support teams will help you configure it.
Can the integration be customized?
Yes. The integration can be customized to your requirements, and StoreAutomator's data mapping and overrides let you match fields to how your NetSuite account is already configured.
